GingXR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for demonstration, evaluation, or commercial deployment (per agreement).
You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy our code

• Resell or sublicense the platform without written permission

• Use RoomantAR in illegal or unauthorized ways
  Any unauthorized use terminates your license immediately.

4. B2B Licensing Terms

GingXR may enter into separate commercial agreements with business clients (B2B). These agreements may include:

• Customized feature sets or deployment methods

• Licensing fees, renewals, and volume-based pricing

• Support and SLAs
  All licensing agreements will be governed by written contracts. In the absence of a separate agreement, these general Terms apply.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, and software remain the property of GingXR. No rights are transferred except as specifically licensed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GingXR disclaims any liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Third-Party Tools

Third-party integrations (e.g., analytics or hosting) may have their own terms. GingXR is not liable for third-party content or failures.

8. Privacy

Your data is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
