Pricing questions

What is included in every GingXR plan?

Every GingXR plan includes the full browser based AR experience: a 3D product catalog, view in AR at true scale, WebAR and QR access, and custom branding. Customers never download an app on any plan. Plans differ by catalog size, monthly AR visualisations, team seats, and the depth of integration and support.

What counts as an AR visualisation?

An AR visualisation is one customer session where a product is loaded and placed in their space through the camera. The Starter plan includes 500 a month and the Business plan includes 2,000 a month. Browsing the 3D catalog without entering AR does not count against this limit.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Plans can be moved up or down as a catalog grows, and Enterprise pricing exists for businesses whose needs outgrow the Business plan, including unlimited products, custom AR experiences, and white label deployments. Contact the GingXR team to change a plan.
