Does GingXR require customers to download an app?
No. GingXR runs entirely in the customer’s mobile browser. They open a link or scan a QR code and the 3D catalog or AR view loads immediately, with no app install and no account required. Roomantar, GingXR’s native iOS app, is a separate optional product for teams that want the fuller in-app experience, but nothing about the customer facing experience depends on it.
How is GingXR different from Roomantar?
Roomantar is GingXR’s native iOS app, downloaded from the App Store and used mainly by the business itself. GingXR is the browser based platform that delivers the same 3D catalog and view in AR experience to that business’s customers through a shared link or QR code, with nothing to install. Both share one backend, so a catalog updated in either place stays in step.
What does GingXR cost?
GingXR pricing starts at ₹15,000/month for the Starter plan, which covers up to 25 AR products and 500 AR visualisations a month. The Business plan is ₹30,000 a month for up to 100 products, 2,000 visualisations, website integration, and API access. Enterprise pricing is quoted for large catalogs, custom integrations, and white label deployments.
Which devices and browsers does GingXR AR work on?
GingXR works on any modern smartphone browser. On iPhone and iPad it uses ARKit Quick Look, and on Android it uses Scene Viewer through ARCore, both launched straight from the browser. Desktop visitors get the interactive 3D viewer without the AR placement step, since desktops have no rear camera to place products through.
