Every WhatsApp quotation you send automatically creates a lead: customer name, phone number, itemised quotation, and total, all in one place. Move leads through New, Hot, Warm, Cold, or Closed as you follow up, call the customer directly, or reopen the quotation PDF, without any manual data entry.

Use case

A furniture showroom sends a dozen quotations a week. Instead of losing track in a chat app, staff open the Leads tab, filter to "New" leads from today, and work through follow-up calls in order of priority, marking each one Hot, Cold, or Closed as they go.
